Terms and Conditions

We are a UK based company and complies with UK consumer law including the Distance Selling Regulations.

Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched, (see Returns for Refund) up to 7 days from receipt.

Returns

Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Goods must be in original packaging.
Goods must not be  used.
As Matchetts don’t charge postage, the cost of postage is included in the sale price of an item. Therefore returns are subject to a  restocking charge of 10% to cover the postage costs of sending the original item, along with the cost of restocking and processing the return

Goods must be accompanied with a Completed Returns Form. available by e-mailing info@matchettsmusic.com

Postage and Delivery
 UK postage is included in the prices on the website except Pinaos and digital pianos which we will quote delivery for. Repulic of Ireland deliveries will cost £15 per order. We send smaller items via  Royal Mail and larger items via City Link. We will e-mail when you order has been shipped order usually will take 2-3 days.

Pricing
Prices include VAT (Value Added Tax)* at the standard UK rate of 17.5%. All prices should be listed as GBP, if you find anything priced wrongly please notify us using the contact page.

We accept all major credit cards via world pay.

We take online security extremely seriously and have taken several steps to ensure that your payment information is processed confidentially and accurately.

Product Availability

We try make sure all  items for sale are always instock, but sometimes an item will be out of stock we will e-mail you and let you know if your item is out off stock straight away.

Accuracy of information
We put a lot of time and effort into describing and photographing the products we sell using manufacturer's information and our own information, Although we aim that every picture and description is 100% accurate, mistakes do occur so let us know if you see or read something that isn’t correct. If you have purchased something based on a picture or description on the website which turns out to be incorrect we will be happy to replace or refund the product (unused).

If we decide to change our Terms and Conditions, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it.

Site Usage
Matchetts disclaims damages of any kind, compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties implied or otherwise relating to use of this site.
