We are a UK based company and comply with UK consumer law including the Distance Selling Regulations.

Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched, (see Returns for Refund) up to 7 days from receipt.

Returns

Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

Goods must be in original packaging.

Goods must not be used.

As Matchetts don't charge postage, the cost of postage is included in the sale price of an item. Therefore returns are subject to a restocking charge of 10% to cover the postage costs of sending the original item, along with the cost of restocking and processing the return

Postage and Delivery

UK postage is included in the prices on the website except Pianos and digital pianos for which we will quote on an individual basis. There may be a small charge for some deliveries to the Republic of Ireland, please see the individual item for details. We send smaller items via Royal Mail and larger items via a carrier. We will e-mail when you order has been shipped. Orders will usually take 2-3 days.

Pricing/Contract

Prices include VAT (Value Added Tax)* at the current UK rate. All prices should be listed as GBP, if you find anything priced wrongly please notify us using the contact page.

Goods displayed on this website should be considered as an "invitation to treat". The contract of the sale shall not be deemed as complete until the goods have been dispatched from our Distribution Centre.

Product Availability

We try to ensure all items for sale are always instock, but sometimes an item will be out of stock. We will e-mail you and let you know if your item is out of stock straight away.
